Poker after dark becomes cash game

October 13th, 2008

"Poker after dark" a long running poker television series will return as a cash game instead of a tournament. This will happen only for the second time since its invention. Normally this is a single table tournament shown in one week, but this time it will be a cash game where the blinds will be $200-$400 with a minimum buy in of $100.000.

This should not deter from the fact that the line up will be incredible strong with 6 of the worlds best known cash game players at the table. Patrik Antonius, Gabe Kaplan, Howard Lederer, Eli Elezra, Doyle Brunson and amateur Dee Tiller will square off in this game. Dee Tiller might be an amateur, but he is well known for his high stakes cash games. So even though he does this pure for recreational purposes he will definitely not be sitting down to be bullied around.

All the shows will be shown late at night at there will be a special "directors cut" episode following "Saturday Night Live".

This edition of Poker after Dark promises to be a knockout so make sure you watch it and get ready for some intense action at the poker table.
