Day 5 of WPT Diamond Classic

After a day of misery with a lot of snow in Las Vegas which resulted in NO flights, NO car traffic, NO cable, No satellite and NO internet it was back to business with 139 players remaining.
As 100 players got paid it was a tight affair till the bubble would burst. Nenad Medic, Eli Elezra, Thor Hansen, Layne Flack, Sorel Mizzi, Dennis Phillips, Howard Lederer, Joe Hachem and Mike Sexton
missed the bubble and so did DeWitt who lost betting into Chino Rheems full house. This hand meant that the rest of the players where all in the money and that was good news for Phil Hellmuth who went out soon after in 93rd place when his turned flush got outdone by a full house on the river.
The players kept dropping at a remakable rate and soon it was down to the last 68 and that was where another important fact took place. Michael Binger dropped out and that meant that john “the Razor” Pham now can be crowned the “player of the year” as Binger was the only one able to overtake him.
Doyle Brunson was soon gone as well, but again “Texas Dolly” took some prize money down.
The last 55 players will play till the final table and you will hear who is on that tomorrow.
