WPT LA Poker Classic reaches final table

The WPT event in LA has reached the final table and almost we had to do that without the chip leader from the previous day and best known player left in the tournament.
Chris “jesus” Ferguson went into the 5th day as chip leader of the 20 out of 696 players that were left, but 2 hands in succession almost changed Jesus from a hero into a Zero.
First it was Mark Bryan and then it was Cornel Andrew Cimpan. Both times Chris was unlucky when first his AK got beaten by a rivered flush with a KJ and then JJ vs AQ was beaten. Against Mike Sowers he needed a double up and it seemed to materialized then he showed AJ vs A7, but again a rivered flush left him severely short stacked.
Once Chris was lucky when his K9 made a flush on the river against Binh Nguyen.
Bubble boy became Blake Cahail who thought his 3,5 million chips where enough to push with with his AK, but when Chris Karagulleyan showed KK he was drawing very thin. The board did not help him out and he finished in 7th place.
