If you already play on Bodog then you’ll have already heard about the upcoming Bodog Poker Open III, but if you aren’t a player yet then you might want to consider joining soon. The third season of the Bodog Poker Open will be underway very shortly and will feature a total of twenty-six tournaments with different buy-in tiers so everyone can participate.
All of the tournaments played for the Bodog Poker Open will be strictly Texas Holdem including no limit, pot limit and fixed limit tournaments. Many of the events will have prize pools reaching into the high thousands and you can earn your chunk of the pie. Bodog has yet to become a very busy poker room which means there won’t be that much competition for the massive prize pools.
There are already satellite events being played on Bodog Poker right now where you can earn a seat into some of the Bodog Poker Open III Events. The satellite events are a very inexpensive way to land yourself into the middle of a large tournament which could increase your bankroll by a lot.
Last year at the Bodog Poker Open there were a total of only 3500 players, who played throughout the seventeen events, but there was more then $700,000 paid out to winners. It goes to show you that you won’t need to beat many players in order to end up in the money in some of the large events at this years BPO.
