EPT Grand Final Monte Carlo Day 1B

Yesterday we took a look at day 1A of the EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final where many of the world’s best players moved on. There were even more players to start day 1B then there were to start day 1A. To start off day 1B there were 539 players which brought the total of number players in the Monte Carlo Grand Final 935 players. This is the biggest playing field that any EPT Grand Final has ever seen and it’s sure to be one great week of poker action as we slim down the herd of players in the tournament.
Some of the notable poker players who made it through day 1B consist of Joe Hachem, Ivan Demidov, Vanessa Rousso, Peter Eastgate and Isabelle Mercier. The action will continue today with all of the players playing on day 2 and not being separated in half. There are still tons of poker players who need to be knocked out of the tournament today so some of the big names I’m sure will be out of action today.
With only two more days of action after today before the final table there is going to be lots of action and all-ins taking place over the next few days.
