EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final – Final Table

After a long week of playing poker the playing field that started with 935 players is down to the final 8 players looking for there chance to win the first place prize of over $2 million. Yesterday was finally the day that Annette Obrestad was knocked out of the tournament and she finished in thirteenth place overall which is still remarkable.
The chip leader from yesterday Matthew Woodward ended up finishing the day in second place and will have a great chance at winning the title today. Another Poker Stars Team Pro who made it to the final table is third place Peter Traply. The seating and chip count for the final table which starts today will be as followed.

There is only one player from the USA on the final table which is Matthew Woodward who is sitting in a good position to win the title. The only country with two players is Germany who has really been jumping up the poker rankings the past year or so.
The High Rollers Championship is nearing the final table as well and the most notable player left in contentions for that event is Jennifer Rousso.
