On May 6th Full Tilt Poker was busier then usual due to the 6th being the first day of the twelfth Full Tilt Poker Series which takes place quarterly. The event is one of the most anticipated and biggest online poker events of the year and thousands of poker players compete for millions in prizes. The series began May 6th 2009 and will run until May 17th 2009 with the main event being held on the 17th.
Full Tilt Poker has already guaranteed that there will be over $18 million in prize pools throughout the series so make sure you grab a slice of the pie. The events range in buy-in, but the lowest buy-in event you will find in the series is a $100+$9 event which means that some players won’t be able to participate. With such high buy-ins I know many players can’t afford to risk that much on one tournament, but thank god for Full Tilt Poker satellite events.
