Keven Stammen Takes Home WSOP Bracelet in $2.5K Holdem Event

Event #13 this year at the World Series of Poker was the $2.5K No Limit Holdem Event which brought together many of the best poker players in the world and many amateur poker players looking for their shot at poker fame. There were a total of 1088 players who took part in the event this year and the prize pool was very nice for the winner at just over $500K.
The event didn’t take that long to play considering the amount of players who took part and it only took two days for the playing field to be knocked down too 20 players. On the third day of action the 20 players sat back down at the tables so that they could finish the event and see who would win the bracelet and first place prize.
The biggest star who made the final 20 players in the event was Phil Ivey, but he didn’t make it long into day three and never made the final table as he finished in 18th place. Roland de Wolfe is another well known poker player who made it deep into the tournament, but didn’t quite make the final table as he finished in 15th place. The winner of the event Keven Stammen managed to knock out quite a few players throughout day three and by the time heads-up action started he had more then a 2:1 chip lead.
In this event there were 10 players who got to play on the final table and those players were as followed along with the prize money they took home for their efforts.
