David Bach Wins Over $1 Million & WSOP Bracelet in $50K H.O.R.S.E. Event

One of the most popular events at the World Series of Poker every year is the $50K H.O.R.S.E. Poker Event which only draws in the best poker players in the world. Due to the large buy-in of $50K there are never that many players who take part in the event. This year there were 95 poker players that sat down on day one in hopes of winning the second most coveted bracelet of the year.
This event took longer then most tournaments to finish even though the playing field was small. It took five days for David Bach to overcome the other 94 players and win the bracelet. The final table was loaded with superstar poker players including some of the top young guns on this World Series of Poker.
The action was relatively slow the entire final table until near the end of the day when players started to get knocked out. There were several players who didn’t make the final table that deserve a mention and those players include Tony G who finished in 13th place and Freddy Deeb who finished in 14th place. The final table included some excellent players and noone would have been able to guess who was going to win the bracelet on the start of day five.
The heads-up battle lasted over 7 hours which is incredible for heads-up since usually by that time one player is crippled. The chip lead went back and forth for hours until Bach finally ended the tournament while playing seven card stud hi/lo.
