Antoine Saout Leading Partouche Poker Tour Main Event after Day 2

The Partouche Poker Tour (PPT) Main Event this year seen a little over 500 players play in the tournament. This is a fairly large amount of players considering the fact that the PPT is rather unknown about in Europe. One of the things that the Main Event this year will feature is a delayed final table. This has a lot of players speculating about whether or not this is necessary. The problem is that the media outlets definitely benefit from the delayed final tables, but if tournaments continue going down this road there will definitely become a time when two final tables are being played on the same date.
The PPT Main Event final table is going to be played in November which is when the WSOP Main Event final table is also being played. The current leader in the tournament is Antoine Saout with over 500K chips. One interesting thing about Antoine is that he is apart of the November Nine this year, so if he makes it through day 3 then he will have too play two final tables in the same month. I’m sure he doesn’t mind the fact that he might be playing two final tables, but it will definitely be a very stressful November.
Ivan Demidov is still in contention for the final table although he will need to do some work tomorrow as he is currently only sitting with an average stack. Alex Kravenchenko is sitting with a short stack going into day 3 and will need to win some major hands in order to make it to the final table. Michael Tureniec who is a Full Tilt Poker Pro is currently sitting in second place with almost 500K chips. Tomorrow the players will be back on the tables and they will play until there are only nine players left in the tournament.
