Tiffany Michelle & Maria Ho Eliminated From the Amazing Race

If you’re anything like me then you enjoy watching television in your spare time. When I’m not watching sports I like to watch certain reality shows such as the Amazing Race. The Amazing Race has been airing new seasons for years now and they always are worth watching if you enjoy reality TV. If you’ve never watched the show before it’s really simple to understand. At the start of each season eleven teams of two start the race. Every week the last team to finish the leg of the race is eliminated.
Generally the Amazing Race is full of teams that consist of girlfriend/boyfriend, husband/wife, brothers and sisters although there have been some unique teams on the race in past seasons. This season there are two unique teams including one team which consists of two Harlem Globetrotters and the other team which consisted of two female professional poker players. The two poker players were Tiffany Michelle and Maria Ho.
Both of these two have been doing great the entire race and I really thought that they had a shot at winning the race. This past week though the team ran into trouble on the road block. The road block consists of two challenges and the team needs to decide which one they want to do. Tiffany and Maria tried both the challenges, but were unable to pass the challenge. The first challenge they tried was hitting a hammer hard enough to make a bell ring at the top. The ladies weren’t physically able to accomplish this although Tiffany was really close.
The other challenge that the ladies tried completing was three holes of golf. They needed to use special golf clubs that were made of wood and very hard to use. Every team needed to finish this challenge by completing each hole in 8 shots or less. The ladies couldn’t get past hole one and ended up being eliminated from the race because they were unable to finish the road block. It was a shame to see them go, but I definitely can’t wait to see another poker team in the Amazing Race.
