Isildur1 Loses His Entire Bankroll?

A question that has been popping up all day is whether or not Isildur1 lost his bankroll on Full Tilt Poker. If you guys have been following the blog then you’ll already know about Isildur1. When Isildur1 first emerged on the high stake scene at Full Tilt Poker he took some of the best poker players for millions. Most pros started taking notice to Isildur1 and everyone had their own opinions on the player.

There were some people that predicted Isildur1 would eventually go broke due to the reckless way Isildur1 plays poker and they were right. After a bad week, the weekend didn’t get any better for Isildur1 and he ended up running out of his bankroll. Isildur1 was playing against Townsend and South most of the time and each of the two players took a nice chunk from the Swede.

I’m unsure if we’re going to see anymore of Isildur1 for a bit, but I have a feeling he’ll be done until at least the New Year. In other online poker news, Tom Dwan has also started to rethink his reckless strategy of playing insane limits. Dwan spent most of the weekend playing small PLO games and managed to build up about $200K in profits. Dwan has had a terrible year at Full Tilt Poker, but that can be expected when you play the limits he was playing.

I have a feeling that Dwan will be making a New Years resolution to play lower limit games. He definitely has a huge edge down at the lower limit games and I could easily see him building his bankroll back up. Many pro poker players have been talking about the insane high limit online poker games going on and many of them feel the games are getting too big.
