William Reynolds Wins PCA High Roller Event

The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure is by far one of the biggest poker events of the entire year. This year there were over 6000 participants that competed in the 50 tournaments at the PCA. The culminating event was the $25K PCA High Roller Event which we talked about the other day. The final eight poker players came back to the casino yesterday to finish up the event and put an end to the 2010 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.

William Reynolds a poker player from the United States ended up walking away with the title. Reynolds managed to knock out quite a few opponents on the final table and really was hitting his hands at the most opportune time all day long. William will leave the Bahamas will over half a million dollars for winning the event plus he can brag to all his friends that he took down the High Roller Event.

Adolfo Vaeza started the final table in first place and made a strong run to win the tournament, but ended up just short. He finished the tournament in third place after being knocked out by Reynolds. Will Molson ended up coming in second place and battle hard the entire day, but couldn’t quite overcome Reynolds. Molson will still walk away from the tournament with a lot of experience and over $300K.

Lisa Hamilton also was very impressive the past few days in the High Rollers Event. Lisa was one of only two females to participate in the tournament and she managed to finish in fifth place. You don’t often see many females on the final table of a poker event and considering this was a High Rollers Event it’s even more impressive. Below is how the players ended up placing on the final table after it was all said and done.
